The Role
We are looking for an incredibly diligent, energetic, and high-EQ individual to work closely with Pale blue dots Founding Partners, Hampus Jakobsson, Heidi Lindvall and Joel Larsson, as well as other senior members of the team.
We have an entrepreneurial culture and our mindset is that of a fast-growth startup – we move at pace and are constantly learning. This is not an investing role, however you can expect a high degree of responsibility from day 1, contributing directly to a range of activities within Pale blue dot, including:
Dealflow Management: While not directly responsible for sourcing deals, you’ll ensure we’re keeping our data organised and be responsible for flagging up the most interesting companies to our investment team.
Leadership Support: You’ll help to prepare speaking materials, and plan and book travel, writing, team meetings, and workshops, and send out merch when needed.
Events: You’ll work closely with our Head of People & Operations, Ida Vig, taking the lead on arranging dinners and breakfast events for portfolio company founders, Limited Partners, and fellow investors.
Additionally, you may be asked to attend events and travel.
This role is designed to maximise learning opportunities for the successful candidate, with a view that after two years, you’ll move on to a different role outside of Pale blue dot.
Depending on your interests and skillset, this could include joining one of our incredible portfolio companies, founding your own business, or moving on to another role within the world of startups & venture capital.
